Banten Province, especially Serang City as the capital, has launched the RAGEM Application as a form of e-Government based public service. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the RAGEM application managed by the Information and Communication Office (Diskominfo) of Serang City as a form of e-government-based public service. The research problems formulated in this study are: (1) How is the public's knowledge of the RAGEM application? (2) What is the effectiveness of the RAGEM application as a form of public service in the context of e-government in Serang City? (3) What is the Evaluation and Strategy of Diskominfo Serang City in developing the RAGEM application? This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive design. The subjects of this study are the staff of the e-government field of Diskominfo Serang City and the citizens of Serang City who use services at Diskomnfo Serang City. The data analysis technique involves data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this research indicate that the RAGEM application as an e-government-based public service is effective, as seen from the indicators of goal achievement, integration, and adaptation that have been running well. However, there are aspects that need improvement, as observed from the limited knowledge of Serang City residents regarding the RAGEM application. In response to this, Diskominfo Serang City has conducted internal evaluation, particularly in terms of service integration from various government agencies and the enhancement of application features, as well as a strategy for equalizing socialization to ensure information reaches all layers of Serang City society.
H. The Oongan Dam development plan can be implemented in the development of community-based tourism objects. The problems in this study include (1) What potential attractions exist around the Oongan Dam as a community-based tourism object in Denpasar City, Bali?; and (2) What is the plan for the development of the Oongan Dam as a community-based tourism object in the City of Denpasar, Bali? This research uses the type and approach of qualitative research. The reason for using a qualitative research design is because in essence it is observing people in their environment, in this case the Oongan Traditional Village community. Data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis techniques with interactive models from Miles and Huberman. The results of the study show (1) the attractiveness potentials around Oongan Dam as a community-based tourism object in the City of Denpasar Bali seen from the internal analysis of strengths (strength) include (a) accessibility which is well available; (b) amenities (tourism support facilities) are properly available; (c) available attractions Dam Oongan, Taman Dam Oongan for jogging and shelter, Dam Oongan bridge, Pura Dalem Bugbugan Pucuk Danu, has the potential as a pre-wedding spot, and has the potential to become a tourist icon in Denpasar which is well available, the existence of a swimming pool Oongan Dam which still needs to be developed to become a national/international standard; and (d) ancillary (institutional), that is, there is no institution that specifically manages the development of Oongan Dam as a tourist attraction; and (2) the plan to develop Dam Oongan as a community-based tourism object in Denpasar City, Bali has not been fully implemented considering that the management institution has not yet been formed, community values are still unclear, vision formulation has not been carried out, attractions have been well identified but there are still weaknesses.
A.A Gede Willy Tika Kencana Putra, Nyoman Diah Utari Dewi Copyright (c) https://www.ejurnal.warmadewa.ac.id/index.php/public-inspiration/article/view/8155 Thu, 18 Jul 2024 08:32:25 +0700 Strategi Layanan PUSPAGA sebagai One Stop Service Masalah Keluarga dan Anak di Lingkungan RW 02 Kelurahan Tanjungsari https://www.ejurnal.warmadewa.ac.id/index.php/public-inspiration/article/view/8933
Family problems often occur in society. Along with this increase in number, the contribution of BLU to non-tax state revenue (PNBP) also shows a positive upward trend. Almost every year state revenue from BLU continues to increase. However, the recording of this income to the state treasury is only done once every three months, so the Minister of Finance as BUN cannot know in real time. This study aims to: assess the transparency of BLU's financial management, provide alternative proposals for managing BLU accounts, and develop existing research results. Researchers explore the object of research using qualitative methods with more focus on policy analysis. In policy research studied is the policy that is being implemented. The research objects are four BLU work units in Jambi. The steps in this research include identifying the main issues, then formulating the problem, followed by developing an action plan for policy implementation and the last is conducting monitoring and evaluation. The results of this study indicate that there is a difference between the data in SPAN and the work unit’s report. The work unit reports once every three months so that the error is only discovered when they carry out the SP3B validation. Reporting delays cause problems if there are logging errors. Repairs must be carried out with a mechanism that is quite complicated and will require considerable power and effort. To overcome the current conditions, it is necessary to improve policies so that the revenue managed by BLU can be monitored at any time by BUN. The recommendation from this study is to include all BLU accounts in the Treasury Single Account (TSA) system.
Isti’anah Isti’anah, Eko Setiyo Utomo Copyright (c) https://www.ejurnal.warmadewa.ac.id/index.php/public-inspiration/article/view/8316 Fri, 19 Jul 2024 08:07:30 +0700 Implementasi Program Kampung Keluarga Berkualitas di Kelurahan Meranti Pandak Kota Pekanbaru https://www.ejurnal.warmadewa.ac.id/index.php/public-inspiration/article/view/9426
Quality Family Village (Kampung KB) is a rebranding of the Family Planning program. This occurred because based on the results of the 2018 evaluation, the function of the Family Planning Village had not run optimally as expected. The selection of Meranti Pandak Village as one of the Quality Family Villages (Kampung KB) in Pekanbaru City was based on 3 (three) criteria, the main one being the achievement of low family planning and Pre-Prosperous Families, from the regional criteria namely poor, remote, slum and border, and from the criteria across sectors, namely low education and inadequate infrastructure. This research aims to determine the implementation of the Quality Family Village Program in Meranti Pandak Village, Pekanbaru City. The theory used is program implementation, according to Charles O Jones in (Piay et al., 2023) which is divided into three indicators, namely organization, interpretation and application. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained in the research explain that the implementation of the Quality Family Village Program in Meranti Pandak Village has not gone well.
Alex Sihol Batubara, Ali Yusri, Abdul Sadad Copyright (c) https://www.ejurnal.warmadewa.ac.id/index.php/public-inspiration/article/view/9426 Thu, 18 Jul 2024 08:46:37 +0700 Evaluasi Program Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) Dalam Pengembangan Desa Wisata di Nagori Karang Anyar Kecamatan Gunung Maligas Kabupaten Simalungun https://www.ejurnal.warmadewa.ac.id/index.php/public-inspiration/article/view/9498
The Village Owned Enterprises Program (BUMDES) is a form of program established by the Village Government to improve the village economy through developing the village’s potential. BUMDES ains to improve the village economy, increase community businesses in managing village economic potential. However, in practice it is still not targeted and there is no change in the independence of the people in the village. This research aims to determine and evaluate BUMDES in the Development of Tourism Villages in Nagori Karang Anyar. The resarch method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation, documentation, and literature techniques. Qualitative data analysis using the CIPP evaluation model theory approach (Context, Input, Process, Product) proposed by Daniel Stufflebeam (1993). The results of the research show that in the implementation of the BUMDES context evaluation there are still problems in developing business activities that are not yet optimal. However, judging from the target, it is in accordance with the provisions marked by improving infrastructure and developing types of business. Then, in the evaluation of inputs in its implementation was not transparent and did not understand the procedures for implementing BUMDES activities, causing the implementation to not receive a good response from the community. Then the process evaluation shows that program implementation is not in accordance with the implementation that is not in accordance with the implementation plan, indicated by business activities whose implementation is not optimal. And the product evaluation (results) shows that the presence of BUMDES in Nagori Karang Anyar in developing tourist villages is still not optimal in its implementation. In the Management of program implementation, there are still problems that cause the program to experience many obstacles, including the lack of Village Government supervision in the continuity of BUMDES in Nagori Karang Anyar.
Ainul Latifah Br Simamora, Zoraya Alfathin Rangkuti Copyright (c) https://www.ejurnal.warmadewa.ac.id/index.php/public-inspiration/article/view/9498 Fri, 19 Jul 2024 07:45:19 +0700 Implementasi Prinsip Prinsip Pelayanan Publik https://www.ejurnal.warmadewa.ac.id/index.php/public-inspiration/article/view/9608
Quality public services are at the core of effective and responsive governance. This article discusses the key principles that form the foundation for good public service and their relevance in the current context of public administration. The principles of public service include accessibility, equity, affordability, prompt response, accountability, and user satisfaction. Accessibility ensures that public services are available and accessible to all without discrimination. Equality emphasizes the importance of treating all citizens fairly and without prejudice. Affordability means that public services should be affordable for all levels of society, regardless of economic status. Prompt response is key to meeting people's needs and expectations efficiently and effectively. Accountability ensures that service providers are accountable for their actions to the public and have mechanisms to receive feedback and criticism. User satisfaction becomes the main measure in evaluating the quality of public services. The implementation of public service principles requires a strong commitment from the government to prioritize the needs and interests of the community. Through sustained efforts to improve the quality and accessibility of public services, governments can strengthen their legitimacy, build public trust, and create a positive impact in the lives of citizens.
Adistya Shofia Finanda, Jihan Fira Fadhila, Hayat Hayat Copyright (c) https://www.ejurnal.warmadewa.ac.id/index.php/public-inspiration/article/view/9608 Fri, 19 Jul 2024 07:57:09 +0700
