The purpose of this PKM is as a concrete form of one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Community Service. During the PKM implementation process at the Alas Metapa Object, there are several conclusions that can be drawn, among others, the Alas Metapa Object arrangement masterplan drawing that was approved during the FGD and will subsequently be made a detailed DED drawing of each part of the nista, madya, and main mandala. PKM partners and the local community are very cooperative in providing data needs related to the potential and problems that are the basis for the PKM Team in solving problems. Suggestions that can be conveyed by the PKM Team during this PKM activity are the involvement of the PKM Team and architectural experts only in planning, but in the development implementation stage it is no less vital so that the hope is that what is planned can be carried out properly and as expected.

I Gusti Bagus Suryawan I Wayan Wirya Sastrawan I Wayan Arthanaya Copyright (c) 2023-12-14 2023-12-14 4 2 63 69 10.22225/pcsj.4.2.2023.63-69 Legalitas Penguasaan Tanah Pesisir Pantai oleh Orang Asing Dalam Bisnis Kepariwisataan, Desa Adat Canggu, Kecamatan Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung https://www.ejurnal.warmadewa.ac.id/index.php/pcsj/article/view/8489
This Community Service is focused on socializing the legal legality of controlling coastal land by foreigners in Bali for tourism business purposes. The method used is empirical legal research with a statutory regulatory approach, conceptual approach, sociological approach and case approach. Based on authority theory, benefit theory and legal protection theory as analytical tools, it can be understood that the tourism business in Bali cannot be separated from the presence of foreigners. Likewise, the control of coastal land in Bali is not free from control by foreigners, either through legal or illegal investment, by taking advantage of mutually beneficial cooperation between local residents, as well as with Ada Village officials on the basis of sharing profits. The Balinese people, who have a unique culture with Hindu religious nuances, in their daily lives and in running business in the tourism sector are always based on the "Tri Hita Karana Philosophy" which is manifested in behavior that maintains a harmonious relationship between "Man and God", Man and Nature, and “Humans with other Humans”. In this philosophy, the principle of good faith in investing is reflected, so that control of coastal land by foreigners for tourism business purposes is obliged to respect this very noble principle; However, in empirical facts it turns out that the control of coastal lands in Bali by foreigners under the guise of mutually beneficial cooperation actually tends to be detrimental to the use of traditional villages in implementing the religious values attached to these coastal lands. In the concept of mutually beneficial cooperation, it actually contains the bad intentions of foreigners to control Balinese land just to gain personal benefits at the expense of Bali's nature which is wrapped in mutually beneficial cooperation.
Putu Ayu Sriasih Wesna I Nyoman Sujana I Wayan Kartika Jaya Utama Copyright (c) 2023-12-14 2023-12-14 4 2 70 78 10.22225/pcsj.4.2.2023.70-78 Pemanfaatan Teknologi ‘Website DJP Online’ Bagi Karang Taruna di Desa Siangan https://www.ejurnal.warmadewa.ac.id/index.php/pcsj/article/view/8478
Therefore, it is necessary to manage Bumdes management professionally so that it is in accordance with its vision and mission. The success of the vision and mission can be determined by competent human resources who are committed to their duties and responsibilities. This service aims to improve performance at Bumdes Segara Giri in Sanur Kauh Village, starting with analyzing the village's potential for preparing a clear and focused business plan, managing production or service provision, marketing and promotion of products or services produced, regular financial management. as well as transparency as well as developing skills and increasing the capacity of human resources. This service begins with interviews and documentation methods with several sources and is supported by documentation. In terms of implementation, the principles of management have been carried out in accordance with the performance analysis of the BUMDes, but there is still a need for steps or strategies so that a good improvement in BUMDes performance can be achieved optimally. This condition is motivated by the limited understanding of human resources. The results of the service show that Bumdes Segara Giri generally has good performance such as providing quality service to the community and maintaining its sustainability, but there are inhibiting factors that require improvement efforts and recommendations to achieve good management.
Ida Bagus Udayana Putra Ida Ayu Surasmi I Made Wianto Putra Copyright (c) 2023-12-14 2023-12-14 4 2 83 86 10.22225/pcsj.4.2.2023.83-86 Pemanfaatan Lidi Menjadi Kerajinan Ingke Dalam Peningkatan Perekonomian Usaha Mikro di Desa Gegelang, Karangasem https://www.ejurnal.warmadewa.ac.id/index.php/pcsj/article/view/8503
Gegelang Village is one of the villages in Manggis sub-district, Karangasem district. There are 6 banjars in Gegelang, namely Telengan, Karanganyar, Gegelang, Pakel, Babakan and Panggung. This village has the potential for natural products, namely coconut trees. Coconut has many benefits, one of which is that the stems of coconut leaves can be used to make woven craft products, namely ingke. In Bali, Ingke is used as a place for offerings in prayer. Not only as a place for offerings or offerings, ingke is also used as a dinner plate which is usually topped with banana leaves or oil paper. An interesting phenomenon in ingke crafts is the current trend of using ingke as a substitute for offering containers or as a substitute for plates and other containers because it is considered very efficient and effective. However, the phenomenon that occurs among craftsmen in Andakasa is actually decreasing. This is due to problems including limited sticks being sold in the market area, sales are adjusted to orders, the number of orders cannot be fulfilled when there is a shortage of raw materials, the raw materials produced do not have a pattern, the value or price of the product. the input is process-based. bargaining and the absence of standard standards, increasingly complex market conditions and competition in trade. Therefore, the community service team can participate together to help increase the number of sales of ingke production, so that it can improve the economy, especially Banjar Pakel in Gegelang Village.
Ida Ayu Surasmi I Gusti Ayu Intan Saputra Rini I Made Jamin Yasa Copyright (c) 2023-12-14 2023-12-14 4 2 87 92 10.22225/pcsj.4.2.2023.87-92
