Indeed, the number of such cases is on the rise. The prevalence of discrimination against women is influenced by a number of factors, one of which is economic. Protection of women is of paramount importance in order to safeguard women’s rights from discrimination. The protection of women’s rights can be effectively achieved through the promotion of women’s empowerment and the encouragement of their active participation in the political and social spheres. This will facilitate the reduction of gender-based discrimination and violence. The establishment of Sekolah Perempuan Srikandi represents a significant advancement in the effort to address violence against marginalised women and children. A complaint centre for violence against women and children has been established in Dauh Puri Kaja Village, Denpasar. Nevertheless, it is evident that members of Sekolah Perempuan Srikandi who establish the women’s and children’s violence complaint centre require legal guidance during the initial stages of their operations. It is therefore crucial that legal counsel is made available at the school in order to educate and inform women of the legal steps involved in law enforcement and financial literacy. Women represent an element of family economic support that is susceptible to legal issues, and thus the phenomenon is addressed through the Community Service Programme by Ngurah Rai University.

Putu Eka Trisna Dewi, Luh Riniti Rahayu, Sri Sulandari, Ayu Putu Utari Parthami Lestari Copyright (c) https://www.ejurnal.warmadewa.ac.id/index.php/csjl/article/view/9539 Mon, 21 Oct 2024 09:04:48 +0700 PKM Empowerment and Mentoring Cooperation Contracts at The Bali Dance Sanggar Dewi Ratih Banjar Busana Kaja, Baha Village, Mengwi District, Badung District https://www.ejurnal.warmadewa.ac.id/index.php/csjl/article/view/9847
Community service activities are carried out at the Dewi Ratih Bali Dance Studio in Banjar Busana Kaja, Baha Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, activities are carried out by providing legal consultation and assistance to the Dewi Ratih dance studio in the field of cooperation contracts and various areas of life in the field of empowering the Balinese dance studio. Dewi Ratih, as well as legal protection for the Dewi Ratih Bali Dance Studio at Banjar Busana Kaja, Baha Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, provides very important assistance to maintain the existence of an art studio and ensure that its work is not claimed by other parties. With the operational permit issued for the Dewi Ratih Busana Kaja Dance Studio in 2019, therefore, through the community partnership program, the PKM Team, Faculty of Law, Warmadewa University, Denpasar carried out assistance in drafting cooperation agreements with other parties. This aims to have legal certainty by having authentic evidence that the Bali Dewi Ratih dance studio has officially become an organizational association with a legal entity. With proof of the legality of the Balinese dance studio, it will become a legal umbrella for the people of Indonesia as an Art Culture, especially Banjar Busana Kaja, Baha Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, so that there are no other Balinese dance studios with the same name, because this is not the case. permitted by law. The legality of a studio that has become a legal entity opens up opportunities for PKM partners to be able to more freely preserve local culture because its legality is guaranteed and has the potential to receive guidance and grant assistance from the government and the private sector. Likewise, empowerment for the preservation of Balinese dance at Sanggar Dewi Ratih continues to be optimally improved, by maximizing the number of students at the Dewi Ratih Studio, not only the dance members are female in accordance with the name of the Dewi Ratih Studio, but it is also hoped that the dance members will be male so they can collaborate in the field of dance. , and always promote Balinese dance studios not only through offline media but also through online media with the aim of ensuring that Balinese dance culture does not become extinct and continues from generation to generation. One of the Traditional Cultural Expressions is the Sanghyang Memedi Dance of Pangkung Karung Gede Traditional Village, Tabanan Regency. Over time the dance began to be forgotten because it was included in the category of sacred dance in Balinese customs and culture, so it could only be danced at certain times. In this community service, where the community wants legal assistance in recording Copyright for Sanghyang Memedi Dance in Pangkung Karung Gede Traditional Village, Tabanan Regency has not been implemented, this is due to the lack of legal understanding of the community and cultural factors of the community who still consider recording to be of little benefit. We from the PKM UNWAR Team, in carrying out this community service, found that the problem is that the knowledge and ability of human resources in an effort to inventory traditional cultural expressions in the Pangkung Karung Gede Traditional Village is not optimal. Based on the above problems, we, from PKM UNWAR, are determined to provide assistance to the parties in making a cooperation agreement to avoid unwanted things in the future, so that cooperation can be carried out properly.
Diah Gayatri Sudibya, I Wayan Werasmana Sancaya, Kade Richa Mulyawati Copyright (c) https://www.ejurnal.warmadewa.ac.id/index.php/csjl/article/view/9873 Mon, 21 Oct 2024 10:01:15 +0700 Writing Awig-Awig Pangkungkarung Gede Traditional Village, Tabanan, Bali https://www.ejurnal.warmadewa.ac.id/index.php/csjl/article/view/9888
The situation at the Mitra location does not yet have awig-awig as mandated by Bali Provincial Regulation Number 4 of 2019.
